New Patient Experience

From the moment you walk through our doors, you can expect to feel right at home—we truly love making everyone who visits feel like part of our family! Our office is designed for families, with a diaper changing station, a cozy nursing/feeding chair, and a designated kids’ play area.

One of our Patient Care Coordinators will bring you to a consultation room, where you’ll meet with one of our doctors to review your paperwork, discuss your health history, and answer any questions you may have. We will also chat about your goals for chiropractic care.

After your consultation, we’ll perform a neuro-spinal analysis. This helps us identify how your body may be compensating for stress on your nervous system and gives us valuable insight into your current state of health. If the doctor feels it’s necessary, we may also take X-rays to get a clearer picture of what’s happening beneath the surface.

Plan to spend about an hour with us for this appointment.

After your first visit, the doctor carefully reviews all of your information and assessments to better understand how we can support your health goals.

During this second visit, we’ll walk you through the results of your scans, consultation, and exam in detail. And it’s also time for your first adjustment! The doctor will also share personalized care recommendations designed to help you move toward better health and a more vibrant life. This is a great time to ask any questions you may have.

If there’s someone you typically make decisions with—like a spouse, partner, or family member—we encourage them to join you for this visit.

Plan to spend about 40 minutes with us so we can take time to answer any questions you may have about care for yourself or your loved ones.

We use advanced INSiGHT™ CLA scans to get a clear picture of how your nervous system is functioning. These scans work like a window into your nervous system, helping us detect stress or interference caused by physical, emotional, or chemical factors. By gathering precise, noninvasive data, we can better understand your current state and create a care plan that’s tailored to your needs.

These three powerful scans give us a comprehensive view of how your body is adapting—so we can help you function at your best.

• Rolling Thermal: This scan measures temperature patterns along the spine using a rolling sensor. It detects areas of nervous system interference and stress.
• EMG (Electromyography): This scan checks the electrical activity of muscles along the spine. It shows how much tension or stress the neuro-muscular system is holding, which can point to areas of imbalance, disorganization, and exhaustion.
• HRV (Heart Rate Variability): This measures the small changes in time between heartbeats. It reflects how well your nervous system is adapting to stress and how balanced your body is overall.

At your first prenatal chiropractic appointment, one of our Patient Care Coordinators will bring you to a private consultation room, where you’ll meet with the doctor to review your health history, discuss your pregnancy and birth goals, and answer any questions you may have.

After your consultation, we’ll perform a neuro-spinal analysis to assess how your nervous system is adapting to the physical, emotional, and chemical changes of pregnancy. We’ll also perform a Posture Analysis, including a measurement of your belly angle. This helps us provide personalized exercises that may support optimal fetal positioning and improve birth outcomes.

To ensure you’re fully supported, we’ll also share:

• Specialized care recommendations tailored to your pregnancy and postpartum goals
• Resources for trusted birth providers we recommend in the community.
• A clear plan to help you feel your best throughout pregnancy and beyond.

This visit is all about learning more about your body, understanding how chiropractic care can support your journey, and creating a customized plan that aligns with your vision for birth and postpartum.

• We do not accept insurance, but we do take HSA/FSA and are happy to provide you with detailed receipts for submission.
• There is a $90 fee required to schedule your new patient appointment slot.
• We require that the Follow-Up Appointment be scheduled at the same time as your New Patient Appointment.
• Adjustments are not given on the first visit. If you decide to accept care, your first adjustment will be on your Follow-Up Appointment.
• Your forms will be sent to you when you schedule your appointment. Please fill these out 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• We ask that if able, please remove your shoes as you enter the clinic. It helps keep our floors clean for crawling babes!
• Unfortunately, we are unable to see patients over the age of 65 due to Medicare regulations.
